About Bethany Granoff

FOUNDER AND HEAD YOGA FACILITATOR

Bethany, a devoted practitioner of yoga for two decades, found her true calling in fostering wellness. Her journey began with a passion for the human body's intricacies, leading her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2008. Furthering her commitment, she completed a 200-hour YTT at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2010 and a Pre and Post Natal YTT in 2011.
Despite facing health challenges during her two pregnancies, Bethany began searching for an alternative route to transform her health, she began working with a nutritionist, started studying herbs, using food as medicine and discovered a lifeline in the form of a superfood company. This experience solidified her dedication to wellness. Bethany combines her expertise in yoga, nutrition, and bodywork to support holistic well-being and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of classical Yoga and breathwork with the world.
