About Bethany Granoff

FOUNDER AND HEAD YOGA FACILITATOR

Bethany has been enamored with the practice of yoga for the past two decades. It served as a profound means for Bethany to connect with body, mind, and spirit, grounding her in her true nature. The intricate workings of the human body have always fascinated her, recognizing it as the instrument guiding our life's journey. She embarked on a dedicated path, one that enables her to assist others in attuning to their bodies and fostering growth and embodiment at every level. Bethany pursued formal education at the Swedish Institute in NYC, achieving the status of Licensed Massage Therapist in 2008.

Post-education, she yearned to deepen her yoga practice and empower her massage clients to enhance their physical well-being. This led her to complete a 200-hour YTT at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2010. In 2011, during her first pregnancy, Bethany found inspiration to complete a Pre and Post Natal YTT at the Prenatal Yoga Center in NY, and since then, she has diligently pursued additional training in Yoga Therapy, breathwork and alignment. In the midst of her two children's births, Bethany faced a health crisis marked by depletion, auto-immune challenges, and post-partum depression. In search of an alternative route to transform her health, she began working with a nutritionist, started studying herbs, using food as medicine and discovered a lifeline in the form of a superfood company. Partnering with this company not only paved the way for her to rebuild and repair her body but also allowed her to support countless others on their health transformation journeys. It was from this experience that Bethany realized she was firmly rooted on her path of wellness and had found her deepest calling and passion. By combining yoga, nutrition, and bodywork, Bethany has discovered the power to truly support the whole person, and she is thrilled to share her love for classical Yoga and breathwork with the world.
